Pre-launch draft. The operator must finalize these terms and their contact details before accepting customers.

Creating with DEVIOUS

You are responsible for having permission to use your prompts and reference images. Do not generate illegal, abusive, or infringing content. DEVIOUS is independent of Roblox and does not guarantee engagement or click-through results.

Credits and subscriptions

Each generated image uses one credit. Failed generations receive an automatic credit refund. Recurring plans renew until canceled through the billing portal. Yearly plans grant credits monthly. Additional credit packs do not expire.

Payments and cancellation

Billing is handled by Stripe. Canceling stops the next renewal; access continues through the paid period unless a refund or suspension applies. Consumer refund rights and operator details must be finalized for the operating jurisdiction before launch.

AI output

AI output may be inaccurate or similar to other content. Review every thumbnail before publishing. Access may be suspended for abuse.
